You can check availability online up to 2 weeks ahead from today for a maximum of 4 guests.
Due to capacity limitations, we cannot accommodate reservations for groups of 5 or more guests. Even if your group is split into multiple reservations, we cannot guarantee adjacent seating.
About with children (under 12 years old)
We make your reservation on our side. Please inform us by email how old they are, and how many people are in your party (each adult and child) BEFORE you make a reservation.
We offer them kid's meals,
Under 6 : Mini ramen for 10 EUR
Under 12 : Kids meal (warm starter, ramen, and dessert) for 20 EUR

About Allergies
We use ingredients like gluten, soy, sesame, leak, mushroom, garlic, and nuts in our dishes and cannot make allergy-free substitutes. Please get in touch with us before making a reservation if you have any allergies or questions. We cannot process refunds after the cancellation deadline or after you arrive at our location. We consider that you agree with this policy upon booking. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds after the cancellation deadline.
🍜 For Dinner
Pre-payment during booking for the course menu. You can cancel or change your reservation with a full refund at 23:45 on the day before the time of your reservation.
Limited reservation time
Reservation time is 105 minutes for dinner which we cannot extend. Please arrive on time so that we can ensure smooth flow in our restaurant. We might have to change the order of your dishes if you are late. Please let us know if you will be more than 15 minutes late.
*If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your reservation will automatically be canceled. In that case, we can't refund the cost you paid.

You could not find any availability for your preferred date? You can still enjoy our authentic Japanese ramen in the center, at Ramen Impossible, and in De Pijp, at Kitchen Impossible. The two locations are walk-in only and offer à la carte. You can find more information on our Instagram.
